I have long caucasian hair that I have color treated on a regular basis. I struggle with washing, blow drying, curling or straightening every day, which is exhausting and causes so much breakage. With the G-Wrap, I am able extend my time between washes by at least another day. All I do is neatly wrap my hair before bed and when I get up in the morning it takes only a couple of minutes touch-up and I'm out the door! It's affordable, comfortable and very simple. Highly recommend!!
