FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)  What is so different about the G-WrapTM Hair Scarf?    It's an original patented design (D610,782). The comfort forehead bands found exclusively on the G-WrapTM  set it apart from any other sleep scarves on the market.   The unique forehead bands prevent slippage and prevents the scarf from falling off your head during sleep.  In addition because of  this unique design it minimizes hairline breakage, thinning and baldness along the hairline and temples-a very common problem called traction alopecia (see more information)  Unlike most hair wraps or scarves that usually slide around and rub on the hairline causing friction and subsequent hairline breakage, the G-WrapTM  forehead bands sit below the hairline. (When using the G-WrapTM be sure to keep the forehead band on your forehead at or just above your eyebrows and away from the fragile hairline).  It stays on the forehead all night, so there is no friction on the hairline.  It is not necessary to tie the G-WrapTM very tight, just snug enough for the band to remain on the forehead. You will get a good night sleep because you hardly know it's there. What is the "Pocketed" feature?     The G-WrapTM design contoured for better fit, protection and helps to keep your hair in a softly curled formation.. It's not just a scarf but simply put, the G-WrapTM is a hair bonnet and a wrap combined in one unique way.          Will the G-WrapTM fit my head size?   The Original nylon G-WrapTM scarves are made with stretchable, lightweight nylon tricot which conforms snugly to your head. They now have longer ties and will accommodate any size head from small children to heads with thick or voluminous hair. Our new charmuese satin scarves has very large bonnets but can be adjust it to fit most head sizes. Simply bring  ties upward slightly so they rest on the fabric in back (at nape) rather than the bare skin, and pull down the excess fabric in the back(nape) to your desired fit. Even easier it to pull ties through a ponytail holder and twist  to desired tightness and apply wrap, adjust ties to fit head size.        Why does it cost so much more than other hair wraps?  Our hair scarves are made in the USA using high quality fabrics and soft feminine lycra stretch lace bands. The G-WrapTM is a great value. It is designed to last a very long time. Quality control goes into every hair wrap.   Each of our hair scarves must meet strict quality manufacturing standards. The low absorbency qualities of our fabrics promote healthy hair growth because it will not wick oil from your hair.         If I am not satisfied, can I get my money back?  Yes, within 15 days of purchase. You must return the hair wrap with your receipt and your money will be refunded.        Can any type of hair use the G-WrapTM?  Absolutely, from kinky hair, super curly or wavy hair to Caucasian hair.  Our scarves provide for quick styling, and makes for an attractive head covering for alopecia, from chemo or other medical conditions, as well as an accessory for those bad hair days.  How do I use the G-WrapTM to maintain a straight look without using flat irons every day?  After washing and blow drying your hair. Smooth and curl hair ends with a curling iron/flat iron or after a roller set then bush hair smoothly around head and apply G-WrapTM before going to sleep. Click on " How to Use" tab and follow instructions.  If hair is very long and difficult to do a wrap set; or you do not wish to do the dry circular wrap set, then the "pony tail" set is an alternative way to set your hair for easy styles in the mornings.       The fabric is very slick and the ties are sliding back and loosening the wrap. Try tying the ties first in the back (nape) instead of crisscrossing it. Be sure the ties sit on top of the fabric not on your bare skin when tying. Your order will be shipped after your check clears. How do I care for my G-Wrap?  The nylon and polyester charmuese satin G-WrapsTM are  machine washable (delicate), and dryer safe. Silk may be hand washed and hang to dry. Silk is known to shrink  slightly (about 4-8%) with washing so most silk manufacturers recommend dry cleaning. Will the G-Wrap leave marks/lines on my forehead?    In most cases you will not have any lines/dents on your forehead. If you do, it's possible you are tying the hair wrap too tight.
